There are Disney World Outlets at the Outlet Malls, these stores carry Disney Parks merchandise. You can find Disney merchandise cheap.

The outlet mall to go to the Disney store & buy your souveniors there.
At Magic Kingdom, go to Toontown & go to Mickey's house - this is where you will see Mickey & Minnie & can get your picture taken with them.
