Cat's are psychic like that. They just sense things. They are amazing animals. I miss my cat, Meeka. She's been gone a year now but I still feel her presence.

Cats are amazing. But dogs are cool like that too. My grandma had two beagles. They started howling the minute she died. She was at home and her funeral was held at home.

wow - interesting story. I think there is definitely something to it. Animals have uncanny instincts like when they freak out and leave en masse when a natural disaster is about to occur. Have you ever read anything about animal behaviour during an eclipse of the sun? Very cool stuff. Thanks for sharing. :)

That's interesting alright and as u said slightly freaky but what about the times he's wrong...
you get a call your loved one's dying, you rush to get there only to find 'the cat' now on someones else's bed!

Cowboy Dan, I'm sure it's true. I've loved all the cats I knew before that went in and out my door from Simba to Snowball and they had a sense about something going on before we sensed what was up. Zack, the dog, seems to even know how you feel before the feeling has registered with you - truly amazing creatures all great and small.
