This is another of my stained cards.
1 1/3 c French's French Fried Onion
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
Crunch French fried onions in plastic bag. Dip chicken into egg, then coat into onion crumbs. Bake 20 minutes at 400 until cooked through.
Carol's variations - I haven't varied this one at all.
