French's Crunchy Onion Chicken

This is another of my stained cards.

1 1/3 c French's French Fried Onion
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten

Crunch French fried onions in plastic bag.  Dip chicken into egg, then coat into onion crumbs.  Bake 20 minutes at 400 until cooked through.

Carol's variations - I haven't varied this one at all.

This sounds good; I like onions, and those Cheddar ones, if I can find them, I would love to try. Cheese, onions, and chicken, are three of my favorites, and if I had all three in one dish, I would be in heaven.
