I get their newsletter by email. You have keywords you enter for points. You can do this daily. I am not that tied to the site, so I just do it when I feel like it. Then you take the points and turn them in for prizes. I already got a bistro cook book from them (months ago). Haven't done much with them lately. How about you?
It's easy. You sign up at www.pointsandprizes.com Then you search for key/code words in their partner websites, which you can access from the P&P homepage. You enter these words for points which are redeemable for prizes.
