Rarely do we get all the grandchildren in one place at the same time.

Even more rarely do we get them to sit still.

This was one of those times at my family's summer house in the Pennsylvania Pocono Mountains.

It is, Kimberly. This is the third generation of kids who have spent there summers there, so nostagia for the parents and the kids.

Exceedingly wonderful - yep, I mean the entire lot. Your family, the smiles discernible betraying a oneness of spirit, jovial and amiable. Wonderful. Well, you achieved the impossible to get them all together in one place and to relax for the click. Well, even Jesus Christ had rightly announced the reward - "where two or three are gathered in my name, there I am in their midst". Well, how would Jesus now react to see not two or three, but a whole team together in His Holy Name!

Awww, one boy and two girls. I raised one girl and three boys.

Your family is beautiful and you are very handsome and the grandchildren are delightful to view. The vacation place looks very peaceful.

Families live so far apart now days that getting everyone in one spot at the same time is indeed difficult to do.

Great family get-together! There is a eatery just across the street where we live, named, "Poppa John's pizza". My family likes it very much. Whenever we happen to meet, we have an outing there to enjoy pizza together. "Poppa John" has become a sort of "brand name" to signify a happy family get-together!

Great pics to be cherished. I was looking at some taken two years ago in Indiana. My wife, Monna, my cousin Nelson and his wife Jenora. There were four now there are two. Monna and Nelson have both passed. I enjoy looking at the photos seeing our smiles as we enjoyed each other. Time is fleeting, grab on to memories, pics are a great way.

As far as the heat and humidity on the mid-atlantic states, it was a pretty cool summer. I didn't even miss my pool. We probably had a handful of days that got close to 90... and none that even challenged 100.

Not only was it 90+ and humid in the east, even in the mountains, but I returned to 93 in Sausalito. WTF is going on?

Anyway, it's back in the 70s and the Art Festival is in full swing and all is good with the universe once again.

Lovely family, John. It's always wonderful to spend time with children and grandchildren.

This Nana doesn't get to see her family often enough. Will have to change that.
