I do. I love my neighbors, but that's not interesting. There is one, however, that is a total nut job. When he and his kds first moved in, we all got along. Suddenly, he stopped being friendly and wouldn't say hello. Then, he started to stare. He would stand in his yard and stare at us.
I asked other neighbors if they knew what I had done. They all said, he does the same thng to them He just stares people down. He's nutty. One day, my daughter 12 at the time, was eating watermelon with a friend on the front lawn. They were giggling, and he took his truck drove to my front yard, and asked her what is your problem?
She answered, nothing, and he peeled out.
I called the police, and told them. They went to him, and he wouldn't answer the door. The police phoned him and finally after three attempts, they went to him, and oredered him not to even look at my daughter. It's been fine since, but it's awkward to come out your door and have to avert your eyes, just in case he's looking.
He keeps up his home nicely, but he's just very strange. Even the the dog catcher told me about him, and said to watch out, he's weird.

I have a nut case too Upstairs.... she even acused us of stealing her mail.. Yeah like I am going to go to federal prision for tampering with her junk mail.
It also sounds like a herd of elephants running through her apartment, at all hours of day and night. Everyone that has lived here before us called the police on her. She wants the whole house to her self ..very selfish ..
I told Larry we will just be really nice about the whole thing which makes her more mad since her tacktics are not working to make us move. We are going to stay till we save up enough to have a moving company do full service. So she is stuck with us. She watches everything we do and listens to everything... So our Church is praying for her and us . So that we keep the Christian outlook on this whole thing
My only real gripe is a neighbor who burns wood that must be either treated with some sort of stain like old furniture or it is wet wood or rotted or something, because there is a terrible soot smell that gets into the house and actually stains our house and windows. The smoke coming out of their house is black black sooty smoke, and that must be how they heat the house because it runs even in the summer. As an asthmatic I find it hard to breathe even in my house with the windows shut sometimes, I have no idea what they must be burning but you can smell it several houses down. I would like to complain but I am not exactly sure what the real issue is - sooty smoke near an asthmatic (and a house nearby that someone is on oxygen) or just that it is smelly. But is smelly a real compliant? It is not dirty smelly - but that can't just be regular wood they are burning.
But no ax murders or anything creepy so I guess that is not so bad.
He didn't call because he was worried about a fire. If he was he would have called an hour before when we noticed it, not an hour later when the smell was gone. He wanted to be dramatic. It hasn't been the first time.
Most of our neighbors ignore us and we aren't sure why. They won't look away when we say hello but they won't say hi first.
here in Gatherland, I have one crazy neighbor, wont mention her name, yet she is a nut case and just plain out there......
Things that bug me are when people let their kids run around and scream on the balconies because there is no play area. It bothers me most at night because my bedroom window is right on the balcony. I have a few neighbors that like to have loud parties in our pool area until pretty late. They bring their nippy dogs in there even though it says that there should be no pets in the pool area.
I've also had people with severe mental illness and/or drug habits that swore that I was watching them all the time because I looked in their direction. Or, they think I call the manager on them all the time when I hardly ever talk to the manager and I really don't know anything that's going on. I'm very quiet and don't bother anyone unless they get really bad on my nerves.
