Happy September 1st...

September 1st always signals to me the beginning of Fall.. which is an oxymoron herein Fl because we technically have no fall.. but I still decorate for fall and bring out the browns and orange colors! 

What does September have in store for you?

My daughter and I leave Thursday for her bridal shower (Saturday) and I will be sure to post many pictures! 

My husband sees a surgeon on the 16th (he has an ingunal hernia) and..

My SIl will be 50 this month and my sister will be 49!

You are correct about Florida and Fall. I call Florida's seasons, Hot, Hotter & Hotter than Heck!

I am hoping that Fall will bring cooler temperatures to South Florida.

We have a fall vacation planned for Central Florida it's a mini-vacation, for Halloween Horror Nights and Disney's Food and Wine festival. Those are two not misses for us.

Isn't it amazing how fast the time flies by.It seems like the fall comes in the early spring here:)

I love the Florida fall though, and it will be nice to be able to walk without dripping sweat.

September is a busy month for us. Emmett has his 1 month app. today (6 weeks already), I have my 6 week app on Thursday, Friday is my birthday, then labor day weekend, and Roshane's b day is next week.....wow, I got exhausted just thinking about it.

September is generally a slow month at our house. We need it after July and August, though. ;) We don't really have much of anything planned for September yet.

it was 42 degrees here this morning here in Pittsburgh. I love Fall. In today's paper the Farmer's Almanac is predicting a very harsh winter according to our local newspaper!!

We've been having fall weather for over a month! I have no clue what is up with the weather and this coolness in summertime.

Sept brings soccer, boyscouts, ballet, tumbling, hip hop dance classes, my adult tap classes. My sister will have her baby any day now, baby shower for my cousin's wife, rehearsal dinner and wedding that Matt and I are in as bridesmaid and groomsman, Lily's 8th birthday party, walk for alzheimers, and bridal shower for another friend getting married - and that is just getting started LOL

September means my $330 electric bill for August will be dropping as the temperatures drop. It also means the humidity will be less and I can function better.

Our weather in the midwest has been crazy. We are going to have an early fall. The temps have been in the 50's over night. Usually we are warm in August.

Good luck with the wedding stuff. We just went through that and are now doing the waiting for the February arrival of a grandchild.

Thanks for a positive welcome to September message. It has already turned my day around. :)

Fall reminds me of cool breezes, pumpkins lots of pumpkins, the colorful show of the turning of the leaves, drives to the mountains to celebrate nature's glorious display and yard work.
I have to find a new job - quick!
My husband will have insurance for all of us this month - so we will be visiting the Dr, dentist & eye dr - finally!
My daughter starts High School next week!
I plan on getting out & taking lots of pictures~

The 8th is my mom's birthday; the 30th is their 42nd anniversary.
