I am feeling so happy today, my husband just got an invitation to participate in the T.G.I bzz agent Campaign.
Though the restaurant is round the corner to my house, i have not been there because i dont know where to put my kids, eventhough i would want to go have a night out with my husband.
With this invite i would have to find a way. Maybe i would have to start talking to my friends so they can stay for a sleep-over with their kids. Sounds right you know, before the campaign instructions come.

The site does not allow two accounts for the same household. taken directly from the terms of servide: "You must not create multiple accounts from the same household." See Terms of service rule number 3. There have been others that have had there accounts closed because of this. I hope that you are not an Agent TOO and that you are just excited about your husbands campaign.
This is a SPECIAL CAMPAIGN for our daughters was a special permisiions campiagn and if you put in her Birthdate properly then you are OK
Here is someone from Gather who's account is now flagged for suspicion of having multiple accounts. ( He made a mistake on her birthdate entry.

Does anyone have a customer service phone number? I was asked earlier in the month to have my teenaged daughter join BuzzAGent for an upcoming campaign about acne. So I signed her up. Today I got a rather untactful email advising me that my account was flagged for possible suspension for having multiple accounts??? So now I'm confused.
Ok I just called them and got absolutely now where. I was told to wait until I got further investigated and then I would receive an email advising their decision.
All I dd was set up my daughter an account but apparently we were using RoboForm while we were setting up her profile info and my birthday was autofilled in. We noticed it later and I emailed Member support as to how to change it and they did not respond. All I got is thisDear BzzAgent jadesteva,
We’re sorry to inform you that your account has been flagged by our system as potentially maintaining multiple accounts. Your account will be looked at by our Account Management and Enforcement team. After it’s been investigated, your account will either be cleared of the flag or suspended indefinitely.
While it is not the intention of BzzAgent to accuse agents of wrong-doing, this process is vital to maintaining a fair system for all. If you believe your account was flagged in error, we encourage you to reply to this email. We realize that accounts are sometimes wrongly flagged, so all appeals will be considered.
Once a decision has been made, you will be informed via email. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this process.

I'm upset over this so I called in and they advised me that I looked suspicious - even though they knew that they had invited my daughter to join.
Don't know what to do now.

I just got off the phone with them and they advised me that I am suspicious. Oh my. When I helped my daughter join, yes she WAS excited, we used my computer that has roboform installed on it..it is a form filler that has all my information stored in it. Well apparently we didn't notice but my birthday was plugged in. to advise and So this has led to my accusation of being suspicious. I called in to get this cleared up but instead I'm told to wait until I'm further investigated?? I just told them what happened! But I'm in trouble now because instead of the invite for the acne she got an invite for a scent campaign. It was excepted by her. This just keeps getting worse.

IF it is the campaign for our daughters this is a one time campaign that is allowed!!!!
But if you have other multiple accounts you will eventually be found out and your accounts closed.
Our dear Bridget from Gather had her account closed for suspicios activity and has not been allowed back on BZZ, she wrote an article about this quite sometime ago.
My advice iss if you have more then one account ( Not the special campaign for our daughters) delete all but one campaign or you will eventually be banned from the site like these people have been.
From the TOS Section III -
"You must not create multiple accounts or accounts using false or someone else's personal information. "
I have emailed BzzAgent for clarification because the way I read it YOU means one person. In other words I can not have multiple accounts. I don't read it as different people in the household can't have an account.
I will let you know what they respond with but I am pretty sure I have asked about this in the past and they said other family members can have accounts.
Second- I got an email a few months ago that was asking if I have a daughter that would like to join bzzagent . At the time my husbands 25 year old daughter was not living with us as she is now , but if she was I would have asked her to join
Third- all bzz is good bzz quote Bzz Agent-and a husband can reach just as many people as his wife , why not have him join -Gosh if Scott showed any interest I would have him Join ,I'm sure they offer different champagnes to different people. My husband would reach way more people that me .
I wanted to also address the post from April H. Long story short. Of course multiple people in the same house (eg mom, husband, siblings etc) can participate in BzzAgent. The caveat to that is if one of those people (say mom or dad) is also creating accounts on behalf of others in the house.
The best way to make BzzAgent work for everyone is if we're all honest so we can ensure we get as many folks into a BzzCampaign as possible. Cool?
