This is Spring Break week! The kids and I are going to make the best of it and have FUN, FUN, FUN!!!
Today we went to Barnes and Nobles. They each had a $15 gift card to spend. Chandler ended up getting 4 new Magic Treehouse books. Stephy got a new Princess music book.
Then it was off to Toys R Us. They each had a $5 gift card to spend there. The decided to put their money together and bought a gum ball machine.
After that we headed to Chuck E. Cheese, where a kid can be a kid. We had lunch there as well, spent almost 3 1/2 hours having fun and playing games. I took my camera and will be posting a photo essay sometime soon. (after I get caught up on the other photos I have to post, like my anniversary presents)
We have plans to go to the park and a few other things this week! We are looking forward to a fun week together!
When is your Spring Break and what are your plans?

it sounds like you all had a great time :>}
!
That is so sweet that they combined their money to get a bigger and better gift to share. My kids would probably never do that. Not even for a gumball machine, which both would go bonkers for!
We went to Chuck E Cheese with a friend over the weekend and ended up seeing Jason's brother's family there too. The only problem with the one in our area is that teens try to play there, since there is no real place for teens to go. It is also the only free indoor playplace in the whole county so it can get really crowded. But the kids love it!
It doesn't feel like spring break here so I can't really get into the mood for it. I hope there isn't a spring break from school, though I am thinking one is coming up!
No spring break, although the schools are out this week here in town.
I can give Pher 4 tokens and he can spend hours just playing one of the hunting games. Angela and I are the ones that go through the rest of the tokens. LOL
I'm so jealous of anyone who gets to go to the park, though. lol I'm so ready to go, but it's just too cold and snowy here. It will probably be at least another 3 weeks before we can go. :(
Sounds like your kids did a great job shopping and had lots of fun.
