Seems like 'ASAP' translated means 'whenever we get around to it' or 'we're not smart enough to figure it out yet'. This isn't a new problem that has recently developed. It's been happening for awhile now...like right after Hawthorne was implemented...or maybe even prior to that. You would think those developers would try to straightened out the current problems before worrying about creating something new and implementing even more glitches. Granted, it's a simple enough solution for members to get around, but shouldn't a site work like it's supposed to so these things don't have to be continually addressed for several months. It's like the glitches in publishing that have arisen after the past couple of downgrades. A solution was found after the first time they appeared, yet they came back again after Ice. Sounds like some smarter technicians need to be hired to work on the site. I've been able to make it around the problems, but there are quite a few on Gather, I've noticed, that aren't having as easy of a time doing so.

I am having that problem but got around it. But when I requested a gift card I got a different error.

UPDATE: At 3:30 pm this afternoon, we installed a patch that we hope will solve this Earnings glitch once and for all. Please take note of whether or not you are still getting any error message when you click on your Gather Points, or go directly to https://earnings.gather.com. Thank you.
