It seems like a logical ability, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do it.
If anyone else is wondering how to do this, go to your "My Friends" page, click "friend settings" under the individual connection you wish to change, add the appropriate friend group for the individual then remove the inappropriate one.
Thanks for giving us a way to "edit" those connections that have been inaccurately classified.

I don't think we'll get too much traffic either - I think a lot of folks are having fun setting up their friend sets.
That tag for this group--- "Gather Loves You in a non-creepy way" is too funny. Shows Gather has a humorous side :-)
How about some more options for how to sort/view My Groups? Like being able to sort my groups to view the ones that have had the most recent posting and/or most recent members added, etc...
I recommend you take a look at Jim Bostick's article where Jim answers some questions about improvements to groups.
The group improve.gather.com is specifically to capture member suggestions, so feel free to leave your ideas on new features in that group as well. Gather staff members, particularly the site designers, keep a close watch on suggestions submitted to improve.gather.com.
I am bummed that the "Most Read" articles list *still* seems to be broken. I hope it eventually gets fixed.
Please do let us know your thoughts on the new features when you get a chance. Regarding the most read article list - I'll see if I can get an update on that and will post it here.

I have one question about the upgrades. After the previous update, we can not use the "paste from word' feature as we did before. It does not retain the font, colours etc. I remember talking to Carolyn about this sometime in February and this was due to be fixed by the end of the month. Just wondering if there's an update on it?
I am personally not aware of any work that was done to that aspect of publishing with this launch. Carolyn may know differently, so I'll send her a reminder to comment here as well.
Hopefully you can drop in every now and then (as often as you'd like) and help us help other members! You're great at it!

Don't worry if you have not and hear from someone who did. This is still a work in progress. I'll post an update when email notifications are fully functioning.
