Gather---Help w/my content

My content page says under constuction when I try to go to it.Is anyone else having problems? I may not be able to see this after I publish it.Thanks to anyone that can help solve the problem.

Here is what you do:

Clean your cache - your browser history - then restart your computer. If it does not work, try again.

Gather had to reset their servers because images were not displaying. Your ISP has to reset their own servers and you have to reset your computer. I will email you...but don't know if you will be able to see that.

I am just having all kinds of problems with gather right now. I believe they are working on it.

Alta: Follow the advice I gave Kim. Each computer probably needs to be reset.

I sometimes can see images, but most of the time still can't. My cache has been cleaned and my pc rebooted. I think some of the DNS servers still haven't replicated yet.

Mine is back to normal...and while I thought I should empty my cache, I never did. Maybe Comcast did something the little isps don't?

Thank you Kathryn and everyone.The problem finally cleared up .I did empty the cache' and that was all I did.Thanks alot for the help!!!!I'm so glad, it seems to be fixed now.

I can't see much either....no videos, photos, or icons....I can't see some articles even. It's driving me nuts.

I was having all sorts of problems with Gather and couldn't get in at all. I either received an error 404 or an under construction message. I thought it was a problem with the AOL browser but tried three others and had the same problem. I emailed support@gather.com and they sent me a long email explaining the problems they had with their servers. Finally on Sunday I was able to get back into gather using my AOL browser. I didn't have to reset anything or clean my cache, although cleaning the cache is always a good thing to do.

Email support and see what they tell you. They said that if I was still having problems I should let them know right away.
