As you all know we now officially have a new president and first lady. Like me most of you probably watched the inagural parade and heard speeches and President Barak Obama's acceptance speech and swearing into office.
History was made and there is a feel good feeling of well being and hope. I stand in support of our commander in cheif and know he is going to do the best he can for "We The People" for our nation, our troops and the world. However I think many are forgetting he is JUST a MAN! He has feelings, he gets tired, he needs rest, he has a family that needs him every day, children that need his attention, and a time to relax and play, and he has a huge responsility he has undertaken in being our nations leader.
But he is not a MIRACLE worker, he is NOT the MESSIAH come to save the world from itself and he is not the TOOTH-FAIRY except maybe to his children. He is a Husband a Father and Our New President and an American.
He is going to do the best he can to try and resolve long time issues, to stablize the economy, to creative a fair and workable health care program, To bring our troops home, and a multitude of other problems. He however no matter how much he may have promised he MAY NOT be able to please ALL the PEOPLE ALL of the TIME!. He will have pressure from special interest, big business, wall street, health care industry and insurance.
From the military, education services and foreign affairs from enviromentalists Social Security, unemployment.and from many other areas. He will meet with cabinet members and with the Senate and the House. He will have to work with opposing factors and nay-sayers and people who out right hate him and have not come to acceptance or terms that he is our new president.
He wants to unify our nation and work toward make our nation strong once again. It will take time, He cannot do it over night and he may NOT be able to do everything he promised no matter how much we wish for it, desire it and want it, or he may need a second term to accomplish many of his goals, hopes and dreams to make us a better nation.
What he does NEED from" We The People " is our support, our encouragment, our prayers and our patience and understanding that though he is our nations leader and commander in cheif. Just remember, He is only human and just a man.

If only every man would just strive to be like this 'just a man'.
And for those with an "I don't give a s**t" attitude. If you are not an American OK.. if you are then shame on you. It shows a lack of patriotism that has brought a lot of problems upon us from the government on down.
And finally, Yes I do hope that God will Bless these UNITED States and keep us united.
No President can make or fix a mess alone.
It is naive to assume that people are naive.
People use hyperboles when they are excited. That all. The cynicism from the right is sickening. Their guy messed things up for 8 years and they expect people to not be excited the guy is leaving and someone else is coming?
Yeah right. Government is the problem. No MAN can solve it. He is only a man. Let's get rid of government run by men. How about robots for smaller government?
