Today is my birthday I am 59 today and I am having fun.

My kids or some of them took me to the Fairchild Airforce base Yesterday to watch the Blue Angels airshow and it was a lot of fun and awesome we had a lot of fun with my youngest son, his family and my daughter and her family.    Today for my birthday  My girlfriend who lives 70 miles away came to visit for four hours and brought cake and ice cream.    I did not need that calories but well it is my birthday.    

 I was given fifty buck by my daughter and a card and son sent a card.  Another son sent an e-card them he and his kids called me as well.    It has been a good day.   Hubby is taking me dancing and we are leaving in 15 minutes.   So will dance off those calories.   We found out there is a senior citizen dance every Monday night and it is only a couple bucks donation each to go.   So we are going to go at least twice a month and meet new people and friends.   We also learned there is  a dance even closer about 12 miles at a local resturant/bar and karaoke night on Thursdays.  We plan on going there with friends once a month as well.    

Tonight some good friends are meeting us at the senor citizen center for the dance and my birthday.   We plan to dance eat good food and have fun.   And it is music from my time,   Elvis, Chuch Berry,  Big bopper and The beatles,  Should be fun..   We baby boomers are still rock n and rollin.    Will write more about it later.    Gotta run.
