A U.S. soldier on active duty in Iraq has called President Obama an "impostor" in a statement in which he affirmed plans to join as plaintiff in a challenge to Obama's eligibility to be commander in chief.
The statement was publicized by California attorney Orly Taitz who, along with her Defend Our Freedom Foundation, is working on a series of legal cases seeking to uncover Obama's birth records and other documents that would reveal whether he meets the requirements of the U.S. Constitution.
"As an active-duty officer in the United States Army, I have grave concerns about the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to hold the office of president of the United States," wrote Scott Easterling in a "to-whom-it-may-concern" letter.<
So if citizens don't believe that Obama is a Natural born citizen, if Soldiers doubt his eligiblity, if State Senators, and now a US senator has said he does not believe that Obama is a natural born citizen, what will it take?
This is not starting to snowball, more than 250,000 signatures have been signed to multiple petitions about Obama's eligibility?
You know I may not believe that Obama is eligible for being the U.S. President, but for a soldier to do this, is putting himself in serious jeopardy of a court martial. I think its good to stand up for what a person believes in, but this has been a man who has spent, likely, years in the military, and now he's potentially throwing it away.

Pretty powerful words, but I fear that these actions are coming to little to late.
The Supreme Court has turned a blind eye to each and every case that it has seen so far, and while there about a dozen more working their ways through the courts, I've resigned that Obama, will remain in office. No I still don't like him, but I voted, I voted against him, and that there I've been told gives me the right to complainitic. (Yes I made up a word for those of us who constantly complain about politics).
But all said done and told, while I myself have said I don't think Obama is a citizen, and I think that everything that he is doing should be null and void, I think to many people are blinded, blinded and brainwashed to Obama and his lies.
I hope the soldier understands the consequences that will follow his actions.

As far as Washington, Jefferson, or Madison, I have to say right now that if you can find them and verify them, you would be a rich man. But these are the people that wrote the constitution, and these are the men who put these clauses in here for a reason.
But we are not talking about Washington, Jefferson, Madison or any of the first presidents, we are talking about Obama, who has spent hundreds of thousands if not millions getting his vault certificate locked away.
What is he hiding?

If he refuses to acknowledge the elected head of state surely he must be considered in dereliction of his duties - and publishing a 'to whom it may concern' letter must be grounds for a court martial?
I've never seen McCain's "vault" birth certificate, either. Didn't the McCain campaign refuse to make it public?
Now that said if he did I hope he get court marshaled . I can not stand Obama but I will say that my husband has been in the Army for over 17 years and no matter what he thought about an order he followed it. He took an oath and does not have a choice to pick and choose which orders he wants to follow.You do what you are told when you are a member of our military. If this soldier does not like Obama fine. If wants to be part of the law suit fine but in the mean time until a decision from the court comes back and says he is not elligable to be president then you do what he tells you to do. What makes this worse is he is an officer he is supposed to be a leader of his troops and he is setting an bad example.
BOTH McCain and Palin were made to submit vault forms of their birth certificates, and all Obama did was produce a computer printout.

Three different sources stating McCain showed an actual piece of Paper, which is more than i can say for Obama.

And until he proves his eligibility by providing the long form of his vault certificate, I along with many others will not trust, or give Obama the respect he deserves as President.
It has nothing to do with the color of his skin, but the fact that I think he is a liar.
I may not have agreed with everything Bush did, but at least I could respect him.

Wil, then will find entertaining that the conspiracy subculture has targeted Chester Arthur as a previous "fake" president who isn't "natural born." The icing on the cake is that Arthur appointed a Supreme Court justice who penned a significant decision (Wong Kim Ark) to the effect that if you are born in the good ol' USA, you are "natural born" citizen, regardless of parentage. This rubs the subculture the wrong way.
But one of your sources is an anti-Obama blog that simply refers to another of your sources (The Washinton Post story). And another of your sources (the Scribd document), shows a scanned image of what appears to be a birth certificate stating that John McCain was born in Colon, Panama, which was not in the Panama Canal Zone. I believe that birth certificate was actually used as evidence that McCain was not eligible to be Pres.
Also, that birth certificate appears to have been issued by the Panama Canal Health Department, and signed by somebody named John Wallace. Michael Dobbs, the Washington Post reporter who wrote the article you references, claims the birth certificate shown to him was "issued by the 'family hospital' in the Coco Solo submarine base" and signed by Captain W. L. Irvine.
UM Dave A, as far as I'm concerned Obama has only 'said he was born in Hawaii', there has been no real proof.........except an image on a computer screen that looks forged...

There are many cases out there, and this will not go away.
Obama wants me to at least respect him, he can produce a vaulted birth certificate, I have to say until then he gets NO respect from me, I tolerate him because I have to, I don't like him as a politician, and i'm really glad to see how he has brainwashed so many people in the U.S.

The fact that there is so little information on him, and that he is being so secretive and has gone to great lengths to hide and lock away what information is out there speaks volumes that he IS very LIKELY hiding something.

Yes I do find it very entertaining. I find that conspiracy theories in general provide an almost endless source of amusement, and this one is a real cracker. Can you imagine how thrilling it would be if we all just agreed that everything the federal government has done since 1881 is null and void?

The problems with the 2000 election were not Bush's fault they were the fault of people not paying attention, not reading, or not asking for help when they made a mistake. That is not Bush stealing the election.
