Am I the only one having trouble with Gather Broadcasting?

Ever since the newest upgrade, I've been unable to send group mail through the group, Gather Broadcasting. Is anyone else experiencing this? I've noticed that most of my friends can send mail through the group, so I'm thinking there's some internal error in my computer somewhere..

I'm not having any trouble with my other mass email groups, it's only Gather Broadcasting. I attempted to ask The help desk here at Gather, they never responded. I tried asking Kevin the site wizard. His suggestion worked for a few minutes, then it stopped working again. I even emailed Gather support a day ago. I still haven't had a response from them either.

If anyone is experiencing or has experienced this problem, do you have any suggestions I haven't tried yet? I have the latest versions of Flash, Java, and my internet browser, Firefox. I don't know how to clear out my history on Firefox or Vista, I can't figure it out.

I would love some suggestions. I'm desperate here. Gather Broadcasting has over 7,000 members, and it's the best way to get my posts out there.  Thanks so much for any information.

Update: I got an idea this evening. I went to my own group and looked at the send group mail link. I clicked on that and saw what it said as the address. And, I went back to Gather broadcasting and noticed one important thing. The difference in the two links in the beginning. My group had www.gather.com/anythingwriting.gather.com/sendgroupmessage.. and Gather broadcasting had www.gatherbroadcast.gatherbroadcast.com/sendgroupmessage... So, I finally figured out why my computer wouldn't recognize Gather Broadcasting's link. Because it did not begin with www.gather.com/ So, I just manually typed that in and it became:

http://www.gather.com/gatherbroadcast.gather.com/sendMessage...

And, it finally sent out my group mail! I will cross my fingers that it will continue to work! Yippee! And, of course, I bookmarked the link just in case.
