I have lots of reasons I smile, number 1: my husband, today is our one month anniversary of being married and it doesn't even seem that long yet. He acceptsme for who I am, helps out around the house, and works 2 jobs so that we can afford our home and everything we need. We met online, in a chatroom, and the day we met in person seemed like we had known each other for alot longer than we had, it felt "meant to be". I love him very much and appreciate him every day and am glad to call him my husband.
Our 5 "furbabies" are the other reasons I smile. Each of them has their way of ma
king me feel loved and appreciated.Buddy is the oldest dog. He's a 6 yr. old German Shepard/Sib. Husky mix and was adopted by us from the local shelter. His previous owners had severely abused him to the point he now has seisures from head trauma. They don't happen very often though, thank goodness. He is a very gentle dog and loves everyone.

Skye is our youngest dog. She is a 1 1/2 yr. old Alaskan Husky and we bought her from a sled dog breeder so that Buddy would have a friend to play with when we were gone to work. She has tested us many times by destroying different areas of the house, etc. but she is very loving and an all around great dog.

Katie is our 16 yr. old Siamese. She was my aunt's cat and when I moved in with her, Katie took to me and also to Brian when we started dating so when we bought our house, my aunt gave her to us. She is a feisty but loving little girl and she still has many years to spend with us.

This is one of our 2 newest additions. She is our 15 week old kitten named Spooky. She's only been here a week but she is very loving and "talks" to me when I get home every day and is going to be so much fun when she stops being scared of the dogs. LOL

This is Spooky's brother, Trouble. From the moment I met him and saw the look in his eye, I knew he was going to be a handful, so he is fitting his name quite well. He's not as afraid of the dogs as Spooky is. He is also very fun and I can't wait to see him every day.
These are the reasons I smile at home. Other reasons are my sister, who is also my best friend. She's been there for me through all my hard times and is very special to me. Another one is my mother-in-law. When we bought the house she did everything she could to make sure we got appliances and other things that we needed without caring about the money. She'd rather starve than see her kids do without things, she is truly a very great woman and I feel blessed to have her as a mother-in-law. There are lots of other things but I have probably bored everyone enough already. Hope you enjoyed this and have a great day! :)
