Breaks of light and shadows of lighter
Between where I am and I want to be.
Leaves on branches and on the grass,
Tumble down to the ground, start anew.
Gusty winds ride the curves of the trees,
Opportunities rushing, moments pass.
Some land is high, snowy mountainous,
Fertile hills and and rolling valleys abound.
The rivers edge is shallow and sparkling,
Ocean water is low and deep in the gully.
Burping and babbling, crisp water brook,
Whispering the sound, nature's song.
AIr is of honeysuckle, gardenia sweet,
Fresh and clean, making its way round.
Rising fires rage in the bush, sighing,
Crying out for their rescue, noone hears.
Sowers of seed hear my raspy bellow,
Fishers of men attune to my maiden call.
My eyes are opened fair to your glory,
And I regard each and all synchronicity.
My quest is to find the edge of the earth,
Knowing my path, determined, will not fail.
Love of the land, sea, air, and fellow man,
Breathe it in and know you are change.
Enjoy and relish in what we were given,
Do not live to destroy, live to create.
For every action, a domino will fall,
Be conscious, for what you do affects.
Take time out, smell each of the roses,
It will not be long before they will die.
