I just want to take a hot bath and sleep! but alas have a 2 month old baby eeks hes gettig big! and a boyfriend that has to get up at 815 for work and sleeps through alarm clocks grrrr! \lol! anyway off to do dishes grr eek ok got it out!

You can get plenty of sleep, sweetie, in about 17 or 18 years... Of course, you can tell I've been sleep-deprived so long, I wouldn't know what it was like to feel rested. But our kids are a much better joy than getting rid of the luggage under our eyes! Enjoy every minute! They grow up much too fast!

I agree Joanne,you might get sleep in 17 - 18 yrs, but then again they might be going out with friends,or working then you'll still be up waiting for them to come home, counting the seconds, and praying they will come home safe. Once your a parents you become sleep-deprived one way or the another! LOL

Awwwww. I remember those no sleep days. They soon become bygone days. You'll make it, you can do it. Catch every catnap you can, it'll help to keep you sane. LOL

you have a clock radio alarm? set it and turn it up real loud. put it on the other side of the room, he will have to get up to turn it off.

My 1 year old is teething and both of us only got about 2.5 hours of sleep last night...daddy came in to "help" for about 5 min and said you gotta take her back, what a wuss! LOL

The memories come rushing back but it has been many, many years since we had those sleepless nights. It does change. When they are old enough to drive you will be up all night until they come home. When they are in college you will be up all night waiting for their calls. Get the picture? LOL

With a 2 month old you won't be getting much sleep for a few months at least. Nap when the baby naps and you will be better off. I went through that a long time ago. My son was not a napper but when he did he napped for hours. He also never slept through the night until he was past 5 years old! Let's hope your little one gets to that stage a lot sooner than mine. I was a zombie for years!
