On Wednesday, it finally decided to stop raining for a while here in Missouri. The temperatures were pretty nice to go outside with a jacket. My three year old son and I decided to go for a walk outside and play in the yard. I took my camera along, so I could capture a few moments of him enjoying the Fall of 2009.
Aidan's first wish was to wash the car. It was way too cold to use real water, but I let him pretend to wash the car with Daddy's car wash mitt on the pole. This made one happy little guy.

He was concentrating so hard on getting the car "just right."

I would say "Aidan, do you want to go for a walk and look at the pretty leaves?" and he would reply, "It's not done Momma, it's not all the way sparkly yet." It was adorable.

After the car was done to his liking, he took a little stroll on his favorite bike. He was whizzing around all over the place and I could barely get a photo of him.
Then we went for a walk down our street to look at the leaves. We know most of our neighbors and they didn't seem to mind when Aidan went walking in their yards full of beautiful leaves.

He stopped to rest on a tree log for about 3 seconds. I am coming to the conclusion that 3 seconds of rest is all a toddler really needs these days.

Both of us were in awe, looking at all the beautiful Autumn leaves. Hope you enjoyed the Fall day with us.
