Our last day at the beach... a vacation photo essay

The last day at the beach was a touch cold.  It was cloudy, overcast and sprinkling.  However, we didn't let that spoil our fun and we spent a few hours on the beach anyways.  We built sand castles and even flew our kites.  We didn't let the cool weather ruin our fun!

use to fly kites used 3 spools of sting, it way way way up there,you could hardly see it. took for ever to get it down, lot of winding. Look like they had fun.. thanks for sharing

Great photos! I haven't been to Long Beach in a while. I was just talking about a visit there. I always skip it and head to Cannon Beach.
