Well I came home a whole day early. My nerves were shot. Needless to say I was really really stressed out. My sister screamed at her child the whole time and I am not a constant screamer. When I yell at my kids they pay attention because I don't do it often. I was raised by a yeller. I learned to ignore it, but I don't like it. She was over the top in my opinion. We have different parenting styles and I just couldn't handle it.
It wasn't so bad until my child started emulating her child's bad behavior. I decided it was time to leave. Other things influenced my decision, but that was the main one. The kids weren't getting enough rest, therefore the bad behavior was at a higher magnitude and the frequency was gaining momentum. I am so glad to be home and glad to be back on gather.
