Sometimes the beauty of a particular color is hard to see...

even when it's right there in front of you...

Like white... sometimes I think there's altogether too much of it.

Sometimes it takes going to a different place to make you appreciate a color like white.

It's hard not to like white when it's framed in the splendor of the Grand Canyon...

Majestic mountain peaks...

... or hills lush with freshly fallen snow.

Sometimes looking at things from a different perspective can help you appreciate a color like white...

Sometimes rising above the everyday...

Can help you gain a new admiration for a color like white.

Sometimes seeing things through a different set of eyes...

Can make you like a color like white just a little bit more...

Sometimes it takes something more drastic... perhaps a change of environment...

To change your outlook on white...

Visiting places that are different from whatever is your norm...

Can help you to see white...

In a whole different light.

Sometimes it takes something a little more divine...

To open your eyes to the beauty of white...

Sometimes it take a moonlit night...

Or a crisp blue sky...

Or a stray ray of sunshine...

To help you appreciate white.

Sometimes it takes nature to help you see white at its best...

Whether white trees, in all their quirky glory...

A strategically placed bit of white to accent another colors...

Or a flower shining in all it's natural glory.

Sometimes it's a favorite place that makes you admire white again...

The memory of better days, better times...

And places filled with nostalgia.

Sometimes it's a smiling face that reminds you how nice white can be...

And then, wonder of wonders... your heart starts to thaw...

And if you're lucky, you might even start to like white all over again...
