Berg has cited Rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, which states that unless the accused party provides written answer or objection to charges within 30 days, the accused legally admits the matter. So are you saying that "rule 36 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure" that Mr.Berg is referring to, doesn't apply or doesn't exist or what?

You are correct I did a quick scan of the news and found nothing......the first time.
BTW I sent the good rabbi nothing and the case was not declared "frivolous and patently false".
See this from the Philadelphia Inquirer/Daily News web site. The story quotes from the judge's ruling.
The judge ruled that only others who are/were running for president this year have standing to sue on the grounds Berg filed the suit.

Unless of course there really was a sinister conspiracy involved where some extremely wealthy powers that connive via their think tanks to effect control in this world had other ideas about where they wanted this nation and world to go ... it is not unreasonable, at least in my opinion, that very long term goals are planned for and executed beyond the realms of our understanding and knowing ... stranger things have already happened in this world historically and there are no fewer evil thinkers than there ever have been ... the stakes are the control of this world ... both economically and "spiritually" ... IMnsHO.
