Of all the books I have written, including all the stories I have printed in the Chicken Soup for the Soul Book Series, this is my favorite book. I have yet to meet anyone who has read the book that did not cry many "happy tears." These are not my usual stories of abuse as a child, but stories about the kindness of others; kindnesses which I storied in my heart and shared, throughout the years, with my fellowman.

I have a meeting tomorrow with the Harvey's/Food Lion Grocery store chain vice president. Just by chance he read the book and was deeply moved. His office contacted me today about selling my book in his chain of stores.

If you are interested in a book that will restore your faith in human kind; this is a book for you.
