Good Morning!

This will be a quick one as I am hosting my annual gathering today which starts at 4...by the time people are REALLY ready to celebrate, my soiree is over and I am in the bed-lol!

The Shine Journal's Contest Winners have been notified so check your email. If you did not receive an email notification, then you may go ahead and submit your stories elsewhere-even to SHINE! Except for the winners, I'll be erasing all submissions so if you choose to send something to me, you will have to go through the regular submission form which you can find here: http://theshinejournal.com

The judges had a tough time selecting the winners because so many of the stories were terrific and certainly all were very interesting. I appreciate your participation in the contest. Head's up: April 1 marks our First Annual Poetry contest.  We have a great trio of judges and I am very excited about that. More on this will follow.  

The Journal will be online tomorrow January 1. Have a safe and happy holiday and a wonderful 2008.
