When I was 12, my parents had some important people come to the house. The woman carried in her yapping French poodles. My mutt, Rip, was a big old fat dog. She potlitely requested he be put outside as he was making her dogs bark. My father told me to put Rip outside. I put him in my room with me. I was seething at my father who didn't usually act stupid like that.
Later, I thought those people would never leave, so Rip and I came out. Her poodles started to bark at Rip and me, and Rip got mad, so he roared a growl at them.
"Get him outta here!" she shriedked.
My father told me to put him out.
"No! Put her out!"
My father looked at me and asked the nice lady and her poodles to leave.
