¾ cup nonfat milk
¼ cup fat free plain or vanilla yogurt
1 medium peach, skinned and pitted or ½ cup unsweetened slices
1 tbsp Splenda
¼ tsp vanilla
½ cup crushed ice
Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Pour into 12 ounce glass and serve immediately.
