4 cups sliced fresh or frozen peaches
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup brown sugar (or Splend Brown sugar mix if you can find it)
2 tbsp light tub margarine
1. Preheat oven to 350 F
2. Place the peaches in an 8 x 8 inch baking dish and sprinkle with the Splend and cinnamon.
3. For the topping, stir together the oats, walnuts, graham cracker crumbs, and brown sugar in a medium bowl. Blend in the margarine. Scatter the oat mixture over the peaches and bake until crisp on top - about 45 minutes.
Serve with a dollop of sugar free cool whip on top.
Another quick idea for this instead of the topping is to top with peaches and cream instant oatmeal.
