I found a fruit pectin that comes in a pouch by Ball. It is for freezer jams with NO cookng at all. It gives an alternant recipe for using Splenda. My daugther and I had fum making this! Hope you enjoy it! By the way, I also found today that Ball makes a product for regular jams and they can also be made with Splenda!
