I have really struggled over who to vote for in November since Ron Paul ‘s chances of winning went down the tubes. Afterwards I supported Alan Keyes, then he failed to get the nomination from the Constitution Party. My next alternative was Bob Barr, but not being a Libertarian, I struggled with this. Friday I finally decided to vote for John McCain after he choose a true Conservative to be his running mate.
The Democrats spent thousands of dollars on the last night of their Convention to build up the Obama-Biden ticket. It was truly a high tech circus. Then next day John McCain stole their thunder without spending a dime. After reading about Sarah Palin, I am conviced the Republican Party has not abandoned their Conservative base,
Out of all the four, she is the only one who has experience in the Executive Branch of government. Palin's husband is a blue collar worker and a commercial fisherman. Never in my life time have I seen a major party candidate have such close ties to middle class America. If Gov. Palin becomes the next Vice President, it will be a great story of how the American dream can still be obtained.

I'm voting for Obama!!! It's an interesting election, isn't it?
What is her foreign policy experience?
What is her opinion on Iraq?
How about on illegal immigration?
We know she wants to drill in ANWR and McCain doesn't even want to drill there.
America will be at risk until she is 'up to speed' on what it takes.
She is certainly someone you could have a beer with, go hunting with, eat some Caribou.
Is that what it takes to be President?

From what I learned so far Palin seems a good choice. At least she is not a professional politician like the her running mate and the Dem ticket.

I dont need a dog and pony show, reminds me of a popularty contest in high school. I cant believe the demos failed yet again. They wouldve had this election in the bag with Hilary and yes I wouldve voted for her. But Obama whos only goal thru his very short politican career aimed only to become president. Maybe Obama should go home and get washington exp for a few years like Hilary did before she tossed her hat into the ring.
