Can you tell I am so proud of my four bluebird babies!
Here are more pics... day two.

They survived the night.

They come into the world with their mouth open it seems!

I hope the mama is still taking care of them. We just lost 2 birds we found on our lawn despite our efforts to save them. These are so so tiny they need their mommy. Very cute shot of them Carol.
Sorry Carol, I know, I read your article. The Mom and Dad are still around, running the other birds away.
You got some really good shots of them, I hope they make it!
Me too Judy!!
aww how cute Carol.
Thanks Angie.
This is wonderful. You have every right to be proud. Enjoy watching them grow.
Thank you Katie.
Wonderful photos, I can't wait to see and hear more. This is awesome.
I appreciate you Nana. I don't want you all to get tired of seeing them, but it is the most exciting thing that has happenend in a long time. :)
They are adorable.
thanks!
Awwwwwwwww!!! Thanks for my awww for the day! I, for one, will never tire of seeing something so amazing and that gives you so much pleasure!!! Awesome shots, thank you for sharing!!!!! smile
Thank you are too kind. :)
very good Carol. I'm glad that one of us, was able to get some baby birds.
Thanks Randall. I hope they survive.
Very nice. I hope they survive. Do their parents bring foood?
Yes... both Mom and Dad are in and out all day long bringing worms to the babies. So cool to watch them with the binoculars.
This is wonderful, how exciting!!
I'm glad you are updating this. I watched some bluejays grow and it wasn't long before they left the nest (a previous post). It is a wonderful thing to witness.
Do I see fuzzies?:) That is so exciting to follow.
Yes, fuzzy heads is what I call them!!!
Carol: You're fortunate to have this so close at hand. What a lovely inspiration nature has brought your way. I viewed all the photos up close, and they are a "must see"; for their images exude with the innocence and pricelessness of life.
Thank you my dear friend Barbara.
Thank you for caring and sharing. I hope more people pitch in and do their part to preserve the environment.
It is my pleasure John, I wish more people would do it as well. So much joy, and now there are four more to add to the population!
This is neat, watching the lives of baby bluebirds. A documentary, LOL. I'm humming that Nat'l Geographic music as I type... ;-)
Cool pics....
Too funny John. :)
Carol, my sweet friend, what a delight! :-) I've just returned from my walk to the little pond in the very middle of a Moscow suburb - we have there two white swans, a lot of ducks with funny little ducklings and even some seagulls... such a sweet reminder! :-)
Have a great day - love and hugs - S.
Thank you, I am sure the ducklings were a lovely sight indeed.
Amazing how fast they develop. Their little naked skin is almost covered with feathers now.
Yes...I will take more pics tomorrow, gave them a break today with the camera. The flash goes off in their little eyes... they are probably open by now.
Great Photos Carol.I'm glad to see the parents are there.
terrific!!
Wonderful! Now I'll be looking forward to seeing more pictures as they grow up. It's funny that you pinged me, too, because I was just thinking about your bluebirds today. When I was out earlier, a bluebird flew right by the car!
So glad you stopped by Lisa. :)
Very cool!
This is so very exciting!
I am glad to share my excitement! :)
You have done a magnificent job getting these pics.
It is so much fun Debra.
great pics Carol!
