If you are hot, tired and exhausted from a hard day of work and you just want some exercise while vegging out go to Debra C.'s article and click on the link Pipe Cleaner Dancer.  I just spent ten minutes over there making a Pipe Cleaner dance.  The letters are various songs, the numbers, movements.
