When I met my husband I did not have a clue that he had a sister.
Who speaks of family and sisterly things when trying to seduce?
I said nothing of my 3 brothers and two sisters,
surely there were better things to do!
Thanksgiving rolled around, hubby's family gathered all in one spot,
what better time to show me off?
There that day I met his one and only sibling.
Today I'm introducing her to you.
Please be kind, she's rather new,
but busy publishing today for all to view.
Without further ado... Sally H. for your review.

Rather than send you to the page, here are details on Vitamin D
The latest research on the life saving benefits of Vitamin D is in and stunning.
First, let's note the diseases and bodily problems that are caused by vitamin deficiency.
Most of us are aware that osteroporosis, low bone mineral density which can cause breakage, is a direct result of low vitamin D. but did you know low amounts can impair insulin production in the pancrease effecting those with diabetes.?
Studies have linked vitamin D deficiency and schizophrenia, one of the most complex of all mental health disorders.
Vitamin D deficiency is frequently misdiagnosed as fibromyalgia due to similar symptoms. Wouldn't it be wonderful if people suffering from fibromyalgia could banish it by getting enough vitamin D?
Another facet of the study claims the risk of developing serious diseases like diabetes and cancer is reduced 50% - 80% by getting sufficient Vitamin D.
Vitamin D is used in other countries to treat Psoriasis.
Lack of Vitamin D also effects moods and low sunshine parts of the earth are often rife with people suffering from Seasonal Affective Disorder which can lead to depression.
These are just a few of the findings related to low doses of Vitamin D.
How do you know if you are deficient? Best way is to check with your medical provider and be tested.
It isnt' easy to get enough Vitamin D through your diet. Sunlight exposure is the most reliable and supplements. Ten minutes a day, without sunscreen is usually sufficient unless you are depleted then it might take months of taking supplements along with sun exposure. After ten minutes be sure to apply sunscreen.
Taking Vitamin D along with calcium is the best way to have it absorbed.
Please note that this article is written by a writer and is based on her research. It is not presented as medical advice but rather information to have considered by your medical authority. Always check with your advisor before making any changes.
