Game: What are the little things that make you happy?

It seems like there is so much that is negative in the world right now and I've been feeling rather down about it all, so I thought a fun (and hopefully upbeat :-) game would be to think about the things that make you happy-- the things, no matter how small, that make you smile! One response per post please. I'll start -- a small thing that makes me happy is when my children bring me a rock or leaf or flower and tell me they picked it up just for me :-)

Yes, those are great things that you mentioned. I will never forget the day that my son at 6 years old, rang our doorbell and brought me his version of candy and flowers, a bunch of dandelions and a box of Dots.

What a great idea! One thing that always makes me smile is when my son, who lives with me 1/2 time and with his dad 1/2 time, calls and says "Hi Mom, this is Zach" -- as though I won't know who it is unless he identifies himself! It's even more fun when he leaves a voicemail, and he'll launch into his message, and then stop and say "Oh, I forgot to say, this is Zach...." He's so precious!!!
