My once beloved Honda Civic EX Coupe..Forest Green/Moon-Sun Roof..loved it....sold it in November 2005 so I could drive my twins around in my SUV...

Our business. We bought the property. We have now sold it to our nephew and we carry the mortgage. It's a win, win situation. We are getting a good rate of interest and he does not have to deal with a bank.

I suppose our house, although we bought a really, really old, and super CHEAP one.......we paid our house off like 12 years early.....woohooooooo!!!!!!! Now, we're doing some big-time remodeling and hope to have an almost new house eventually!!!
