Any bomb or large explosion will make a mushroom cloud, and the the mushroom cloud is not limited to just atomic bombs. WheW! Now, that's a big relief!

The mushroom cloud looks like the last grease fire I had while cooking bacon. LOL
Yes, mushroom clouds even occur with small explosions like this one in my apartment complex parking lot about 30 years ago.
