I've been waiting for so long for my iris' to finally bloom! I love them, the smell, the color. They are one of my favorite flowers and I look forward to them each year!
They FINALLY bloomed, all of them were in full bloom this morning and I was so happy! I went and smelled them and even took a couple photos of them! The kids and I were outside doing a few things around the yard and in the camper getting it ready for the weekend.
I hear my kids whispering around the corner of the house and went to see what they were up to! LOL! And what do I see? Each of them has a BIG handful of my iris' and were holding them out for me! How sweet of them, right?!
I knew it was going to happen sooner or later though. My kids love picking flowers (and weeds) for me! If there's a pretty flower within reach they are going to pick it for me!
Now we are enjoying the smell of my beautiful iris' in the house and it sure does fill the room!
