I intended to create a portrait of my pretty kitty Penny tonight. She was stretched full out on the patio, trying to find some hint of cool to offset today's horrible heat.. She was the picture of innocence, the epitomy of laid-back, loose-limbed feline relaxation. Until I appeared with the camera....
It was like someone threw a switch. Without any more than my mere presence to enliven her, she became a furry frenzy. First one way, then another she rolled. She batted her eyelashes at the camera. She offered up her belly in ultimate trust. She nearly turned herself inside out in some form of kitty happy dance. I will let the pictures tell the rest of the story.....
