I was kissed by a movie star, yuck!

That's right friends.  I took my best friend to see Billy Clyde Tuggle, Matthew Cowles, an evil villian on the soap opera, All My Children.  He was so evil he was nominated for an emmy as the most evil villian but lost to David Canary.

I took my best friend to see him at the mall at Middletown, NY.   He stood on stage and said crass things to the swooning women.  I stood aside, bored with my son in his baby carriage.   The women screamed, "Kiss me, Billy!  Kiss me, Billy Clyde."

I was utterly repelled.  I stood a few stores away wrinkling my nose.  Suddenly, he jumped off the stage and grabbed me and kissed me a villinous kiss with a cold wet slimmy moustache.  All the women cried, and I could only thank God my husband wasn't around. 

It's just another memory of my life that is never dull.

Very interesting. It reminds me of the fairy tales about kissing the frog who turns out to be a prince. With film stars, some people dream of kissing the beautiful image, but it might really be a frog.

Dean Koontz has a line in one of his books about french kissing a rattlesnake. Yuk.

15 minutes of fame is still coming. Please don't let that kiss count. It does remind me of the frog kiss, but I don't think that dude every became a prince.

The dog kiss would be cute. He was just as disgusting in person as on the soap opera. I didn't even watch the stupid show. What we do for friends.

Did you say women were swooning over this guy? The one in the pic? He is "swoonworthy"? That's good news for regular guys I guess. If this is good enough to swoon over, it's a standard many of us can match.

Yuckkers!!!! I remember Billy Clyde Tuggle from All My Children. It's my favorite soap and the only one I watch. He was killed off when he was fighting with Tad Martin and they fell off a bridge into a raging river. He was always a creep. Sounds like his off screen personality is similar to his on scren persona. You poor woman! That isn't a memory, that's a nightmare!

How funny. I think it's pretty yucky, too. But how ironic he would pick you when all the other women were swooning. When I went to Vegas, I was hanging out hoping to get a glimpse of you-know-how and perhaps a handshake. Scott said with my luck, Gary Busey would show up (and this was before he gave that wierd Academy Award kiss).
