Flower Photos Contest!!!

I decided since some people in some parts of the country soon won't be able to take any more flower photos for awhile, that I would have a little contest! (Of corse everyone can participate, no matter what part of the country your in!)

The rules are very simple.

1.) You must be a member of the group Flower Photos, (http://flowerphotos.gather.com/) You can join here if you wish.

2.)You MUST caption your submissions with the ~~Flower Photo~~ group name, AND ALSO the word contest. You must also put the same in the tag section as well.

 3.) The photos MUST be your work and no one elses, no 'net' photos are allowed!

4.) The photos must be of flowers, but for the contest they MUST BE MACRO photos. So very close up pictures of flowers only please!

5.) All contest submissions must be in by Friday October 26th at midnight. I will start looking through them all after that and will announce a winner on Tuesday October 30th!!

**I am not going to say that the photos have to be new, but it would be nice! I just want to make sure everyone has a chance to win, and I know that blooming flowers may be few and far between in some parts of the country, so new or older photos will both be accepted. (as long as they abide by the rules!) 

The first place winner will recieve a one year subscription to Backyard Living magazine. It's a really great magazine for gardener's or people that just love flowers, or flower photos...they have great articles, tips, and pictures! The magazine also sends you a monthly email newsletter too, full of good stuff! The second place winner will get a copy of the 'Dictionary Of Garden Plants' book.
