I cant get this SNAKE out of my kitchen.. "help"

We got finished watching a movie and I go into kitchen to get a drink and I see a snake on our floor.. So I "BRENTT" THERES A **** **** **** SNAKE IN HERE"!!!  I hate snakes! Especially in my house! So we try to get it out from behind refrigerator and the darn things crawls up in the back of the fridge.. so now I have to sit and wait for the darn thing to come out and HOPEFULLY hit a mouse trap we have down there so we know he is out! lol THIS SUCKS!!! He is about 3 feet long but is not fat.. Brentt said hes a bull snake.

It was hilarious watching my husband and I though.. He had on shorts and I gave him his brown work boots.. and I threw some crocs on and were all walking around with broomstick and flashlights that are the shake ones so we kept shaking them darn things to get 3 seconds of light.. lol It was great entertainment but now I am tired and ready for bed but I cant until we get the snake!! Any ideas how to get him out of fridge? He is probably sleeping.  ;(

My oldest daughter had a pet snake and doesn't fear them at all! She would have wrangled 'em up for ya in no time!!!!

I can't think of a worse thing to happen late at night. When I was pregnant for my first child, I went to step out the front door and a big black snake was just lying there and I almost lost my balance and fell, I couldn't move and held on for dearlife, until my husband pulled me back in the door, and just gave the thing a shove with a broom and it slithered away, but it was outside, I am sorry for you, I hope you have it out of there by now, can you lock the kitchen door, and cover the crack under the door so you can get some sleep and deal with it in the day, Tammy you have my sympathy, but the picture of your husband in shorts and boots, is making me smile. Hope you get him.

May tomorrow be boring. I had a bull snake wrap around my legs. He was six feet long, and I didn't even know it until a lady screamed, "Snake," I asked where and she said, "Wrapped around your legs." I found out I could walk on air.

he was probably really comfy back there with the heat from the exhaust of the fridge. he won't come out till he is hungry or thirsty or just bored, good luck. I hate snakes too.

my friend Chris would have to either get people to move the fridge outside (HE couldn't do it; would be busy cowering in a corner somewhere) - or pack up and MOVE

no way he'd stay in there with a snake in there

Ew, not my cup of tea. We have had snakes in our yard -- black racers -- at our old house and thankfully have not seen any here at our new home. The racers are nasty and while not poisonous will coil and bite, leading to infection if you're not careful. I am very careful about not letting the kids (or me) go outside in bare feet!

Omg! I'd be flipping out! We have some rodent issues and you know... I'd take that any day over a snake. Yikes!

I do hope you get it out very soon and that it doesn't bite!
