Let me be a dandelion, Lord.
Use me to sow seeds of Your love
Far and near.
A dandelion isn’t bashful.
It pops up, bold and yellow,
Shining unashamedly where it grows.
In due time, the seeds drift on
To spread the dandelion to other lawns.
Let me be so, Lord,
Bold and cheerful, showing Your love
And generously scattering the seeds
On the way to other hearts.
Let me be a dandelion, Lord.
Use me to sow seeds of Your love
Far and near.
