my favourites are...Black Eyed Susans because they were in bloom when I was given a second chance at life. Morning glories, because they have fascinated me since I was a child, the way they would open and close. Irises because they are beautiful and because they represent my son's deciesed father And bleeding hearts because we had a bush beside the front stoop, and after my father died, when I was seven, I would sit there and contemplate if the next car was him coming home as I pulled the flower apart to see how many pieces I could make out of one heart. Today, I am one, of those bleeding hearts. lol
