I Have Retouched (Improved?) the Football Painting

I decided the background colors didn't mesh well with the dual themes of Fall and Football, so this morning I went to the OASIS Gallery and retouched it. You can compare the two versions here and let me know what you think.

Oh Yes - Much better - get the feeling of fall- fall means football!! Good choice of colors - Much more eye catching this way!!!!!

The darker background looks more masculine - the near pastels did not look very sportsmanlike.

The second one. I especially like the fact that the colors are more in keeping with the fall season and whatever you've done to give the frame a rounded appearance.

I think the fall colors blend better with the brown of the football. Looks great as always.
