I just got this recipe in my email and I thought it sounded yummy!
Tator Tot Casserole:
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can (drained) corn
1 can (drained) green beans
12-14 slices Velveeta cheese
1 pkg. tator tots
Brown ground beef and drain. Add to 9x13 glass baking dish. Mix in cream of mushroom soup, corn and green beans. Place slices of Velveeta cheese on top of mixture (line them up across the dish). Top with tator tots. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
