Are you living healthy this year? Will you be healthier without having to sacrifice too much? Gather challenges you to keep an online healthy living journal from February 10th through February 15th sharing how you’re living healthier.
We invite you to post your journals to the healthyliving.gather.com group. Share with us the things you’re adding to your life each day to be healthier without giving too much up. In addition to posting your own journal, you're encouraged to read the healthy living journals of fellow Gather members and to share your tips and support with them.
Here's how it works:
- Become a member of healthyliving.gather.com. Click here to join.>>
- Create a Healthy Living Journal each day between February 10th – 15th (excluding weekends).
- Title each journal with the following words “Healthy Living Journal – Day 1” (Change the day number of each journal you post)
- Post each journal to healthyliving.gather.com
- Make sure to tag each journal with “yournamehljournal” (Ex: “stefaniehljournal”) AND the tag “healthylivingjournal”
At the end of the challenge, Gather will select five members who posted a new journal each day to receive 500 Gather points.

I actually need this because my good intentions and Resolutions have been faltering.

I'm taking it that this means you have to have Day 1 on February 10th, Day 2 on the 11th...
Am I reading this correctly? Because I've seen a few that didn't start Day 1 until February 11th.
