I still have a slice of birthday cake, just not as BIG as the ones I ate before.
I still have dessert, but maybe pudding instead of 4 cookies with milk!
I still eat chocolate, but a mini candy bar instead of a full size one.
I still drink my soda/pop but once or twice a month instead of once or twice a day.

This is probably one of my greatest downfalls in my quest to lose weight and staying healthy. I Love Chocolate! I crave chocolate! I have to have chocolate! Now I’ve found something that lets me indulge my cravings without jumping the weight loss/healthy eating ship all together. What is ityou ask? South Beach Diet/Living Cereal Bar Chocolate of course!!!!!

When I was pregnant with my first son, I gained 70 lbs but I was told the average, healthy woman should only gain 25-30 lbs!! After two years, I finally lost 60 lbs, which actually put me at a healthier weight then before...and now I'm pregnant again! :) So obviously I have a challenge this time around not to do that to my body again!
--I am learning how to substitute healthier options--more veggies with dinner, so there's no room for that dessert; baked or grilled vs fried
-- I am working on smaller portions, because I could put many a grown man to shame, even as petite as I am!
--I am changing snacks from junk food to healthier options like granola bars and fruit.
And I do my pregnancy workout video's to keep fit...it would be so easy to be lazy but I don't want to gain more weight than I should!
Moderation is key! It's important to eat healthy but let yourself indulge now and then. Otherwise you're more lucky to let go and binge.
It's simple. Everything in moderation. It sounds cliche, but it's how I live my life. Everyone wants to know how I managed to lose weight eating the things I love: the key really IS moderation.
Move more!
I'm with everyone else when they say moderation is KEY. Portion control is huge and actually moving works wonders.

In between I eat healthy snacks like fruit, crackers and such. I try not to eat at night because I heard it packs on because you don't burn as much fuel on a cetain time.
we eat smaller portions and alot of 100 calorie packs:)
I've recently gotten a Wii Fit so that'll help a lot!
