"Stefanie's crunchy yogurt" : Almonds and granola mixed in low-fat vanilla yogurt

Tomatoes are as good to eat as apples. Slice them up, and go at it. You might want to slice up a cucumber, too.
Only two ingredients here and no prep time:
You just get a slice of cheese (I like American, but any type of cheese you enjoy is good) and wrap it around a peeled banana, then eat! Try it - they actually taste really good together.
It is a a GREAT snack when you need a quick but healthy energy boost - the cheese provides protein, and the potassium in the banana is a pick me up too. Much healthier than reaching for a candy bar or a cup of coffee when you're low in energy.
blueberry and vanillas yogurts blended and layered with organic granola and fresh blueberries.
I like mine with low fat Italian dressing (I will only eat Italian dressing and I'm picky on the type)
Carrots
Tomato
Coutons
Bacon Bits
Egg
Walnut and Raisin mixture
Pickles
and a bit of pepperoni to taste
Yummy!
Apple slices with peanut butter.
Frozen green grapes - really yummy in the hot summer. My son always loved them. Just wash some grapes and put in a bowl in the freezer. In no time, they're a yummy frozen treat.
Or a handful of plain Cheerios. Babies know something!
Tasty ideas so far. Tonight I had a soy fudge bar from Trader Joe's that is yummy but guiltless. 90 calories and 3% of your daily fat isn't too bad.
I like to pretend that Ben & Jerry's is a wholesome snack. Hey, it has calcium, right?

Also............ a handful of Oatmeal Squares & 1/2 banana
When fresh peaches are in season I like to make this smoothie. You can just keep it in the fridge and take a sip any time. It takes a very short time to make because you just throw everything in the blender. With the Chia in, it keeps you full for a long time.
2 & 1/2 cup strawberries
1 pitted peach
1 tbsp MySeeds Chia
1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
2 cups ice cubes
The yogurt adds a 'creamy' taste and more strawberry flavor. You can use canned peach but fresh tastes better!
peanut butter
Make pudding according to directions, pour into 4 small custard cups. Add 1 tsp of peanut butter to the middle of each cup. When pudding is set stir the peanut butter into it and enjoy.
