25 Weeks and Counting!

Well, yesterday I hit 25 weeks in this pregnancy! Things are going well all though I'm HUGE. I'm actually measuring six weeks ahead. So in about 6 weeks I'll be measuring full term even though I'm not due until June. Yikes!

We had an ultrasound last week and baby looks good, healthy, great heart rate. We kept gender a surprise even though it was really hard to do it while actually there. I bought a few gender nuetral sleepers for baby last night so we're set for the first few days. If the baby is a girl we'll have TONS of clothes for her. If it's a boy... Well, we'll be doing a lot of shopping right away!

I'm feeling pretty good. Some normal pregnancy complaints but not too bad. I'm getting really excited to see this little baby! The kids are also getting really excited about the baby and ask me every day when it will come. They like to guess at whether it will be a boy or a girl too.

My funny story... We were at the grocery store last night and the cashier looked at me and asked when I was due. I told her not until June and her eyes bugged out of her head and her mouth dropped open. She asks, "When?!?" I was laughing so hard. She started suggesting perhaps there were twins. Nope, I told her, ultrasound says one. She continued to speculate that perhaps one was hiding. We left the store crying we were laughing so hard at this woman's complete and utter shock over my due date. It was quite hilarious.

So, I had my husband snap these last night. Me at 25 weeks on the dot! Measuring 31 weeks! 15 weeks to go! Please ignore my pj bottoms, I was done with jeans for the night. ;)
